Benenden girls put down roots! Back to archive
4th December 2017

On Sunday a group of 21 girls in the Fourth assembled by the Eco-Classroom to plant a tree that would grow as they grow at Benenden.

The project is part of the development of Outdoor Education at the School where we are working to improve ways for the pupils to connect with the environment they live within. The project was overseen by a group of Sixth Form students who are using the project as part of their Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award.
